Refund policy

Shipping claims for damages or shortages must be made in writing within ten (10) days of receipt of customer order. Should an item be damaged or have a defect, the customer must submit photo(s) in order to receive credit. The customer will be notified in writing about the status of their request. No credits may be taken without  written notification from Magicforest®. Photos must be submitted for all physical defects/damages in order to receive credit. 

A Return Authorization Number (RA#) is required for all returns. The customer must fill out the Magicforest® RA# Form or send detailed requests in writing with photos before an RA# will be issued. The customer is responsible for all return freight charges unless product is defective, was shipped by mistake or generally the fault of Magicforest®. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned items, a 20% restocking fee will be charged to items returned in good condition (e.g. able to be re-sold). Items returned with missing parts, damaged packaging or otherwise in bad condition will not receive credit (e.g. unable to be re-sold). Refunds are not typical; however, there are no refunds on credit card purchases after 120 days of invoice.
