How do I pay an invoice?
To pay your invoice, you can call the office at (888) 665-6344 between 8am and 4pm ET (Monday to Friday) to provide your credit card details. If you're already a current customer and you didn't change your credit card details since your last order. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
How do I see my account balance?
You can check your account balance in your profile once you placed your order. If you click on your profile logo and on My Orders, you will see your orders pending with the amount. However, this amount does not include shipping fees or backorders.
How do I repeat my last order?
Go to "My Profile" (by clicking the small icon of a person in the upper right corner of your screen. Your order history will appear. You can select "Reorder" in the lower corner of the order you wish to repeat.
How do I determine the shipping estimate for my order?
The shipping estimate will be calculated once availability of all items is confirmed. At that point, we will update your order with all relevant details, including a tracking number for your shipment. All details will be sent to you via email.
How do I see my current backorder?
Your backorder will be estimated once your completed your order. Your backorder will be emailed to you.
How do I apply for credit/terms?
To apply for credit/terms, you can email a team member at office@magicforest.com asking for a credit form. Once you fill in all the information you can email it back and wait for the approval.
How do I speak directly with Magicforest?
To talk to a member of our team, you can reach the office at (888) 665-6344 on Monday through Friday between 8am and 4pm ET.
How do I Log In?
Once you've registered and create an account, you can log in with the credentials received in your email. When landing on the front page, you can click on the little character logo on the top right corner that will ask your username and password.
Can I pay online?
For security reasons, clients cannot pay online. Please call the office at (888) 665-6344 to provide or update your credit card information. If you have authorized Magicforest to retain your information, we will process your order and bill your card automatically.
How do I register?
To register, you click on the blue bubble "Register the top right corner of the homepage. Once you fill in the online form with all the information you can create your account. From then you will receive your login credentials by email.
How can I change or cancel my order?
To make a change or cancel your order, please contact our support desk at 1.844.369.1119. Our support desk is available from 9am to 6pm EST - Monday trough Friday. You can also reach us by email if needed on our contact page.
